L.A. FLEA IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
The outdoor portion of the Flea Market is open to the public from 10AM to 4PM every Saturday and Sunday, Indoor vendors can stay open until 5PM!
Outdoor spaces are $120 for a 10×10 space
Indoor spaces are $150 for a 10 × 10 (Air Conditioned!)
Indoor vendors who book both Saturday & Sunday of the same weekend may leave their product overnight if the Vidal CoLab does not have another event booked that Saturday evening. Indoor vendors will be notified in such case
We do understand that rain puts a damper on the day (literally!) Please be advised that we are a RAIN or SHINE Market. Be prepared for Rain as we do not offer refunds. Extreme conditions with 3 days advanced requests to trade days will be considered on a case by case basis and will incur a $50 change your date fee. Please be advised that we limit amount of trades into other days so the date of your choice may not be available.
IN NON-EXTREME WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS: once purchased there are NO REFUNDS and date changes must be requested at least 7 Days in advance of the market date that was booked. When making a trade and the requested day is available there will be a $10 fee.
LOAD IN TIME FOR ALL VENDORS IS BETWEEN 7:30 AM - 9 AM
LOAD OUT TIME FOR OUTDOOR VENDORS: Property must be vacated by 5PM
LOAD OUT TIME FOR INDOOR VENDORS: Property must be vacated by 6PM
We do not provide canopies, tables or chairs. Please come prepared with your own equipment!
WE DO REQUIRE a 10LB weight per leg of your canopy (40LB per canopy), we don’t control the wind so let’s KEEP IT SAFE!
Please be patient during load in load out to your fellow vendors, we make this as smooth of a process as L.A. traffic will allow, HONKING WHILE IN LINE AIN’T A GOOD LOOK. Be cool!
Please arrive on time. Anyone past our 9 AM load in time will be considered a no-show and have relinquished their space. In the event of an occasional emergency we will allow a 30 minute grace period if not abused. If this is the case please text us ASAP of your emergency situation!
Upon arrival you will be directed into your assigned space where you will unload your merchandise. Your spot has been predetermined and is non-negotiable. Unload only, no setting up racks or tents until your vehicle is off the premises. Currently only street parking is available. EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM!
NO SMOKING ON THE LOT. That being said, if you need a smoke, have it on the sidewalk!
Please leave your space free and clear of all trash and DEBRIS when you leave! PACK IN PACK OUT
